Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the Binglin Studio service handles information when you use the Marigold Bridge Halloween Pet Video service.
1. Information we handle
- Pet photo: the image you select and the resized image prepared in your browser. The browser keeps it temporarily while checkout and generation are in progress. We send it to fal.ai only after Waffo Pancake confirms payment. We do not intentionally save the original photo in our own database.
- Order and generation records: an internal order identifier, selected costume and format, payment status and Waffo Pancake order reference, fal.ai request identifier, processing status, and the generated-video URL. Limited moderation records also include the screening result, reason code, request identifier, operator decision, short operator note when provided, and decision time. The operator can view a generated video while deciding whether it can be delivered.
- Payment details: Waffo Pancake collects and processes checkout details, which may include buyer email, payment method, billing country, transaction and tax information. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data: our hosting and security systems may process request timestamps, IP address, browser information, and error logs to deliver and protect the website. Your browser may keep a temporary order identifier in local storage so it can resume order status; we do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use information
We use it to create and deliver your video, verify a paid order, show progress, review generated videos for policy compliance, respond to support or policy reports, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain service security, and meet legal or accounting duties. We do not use uploaded photos to train our own AI model, sell them, or publish them in a gallery.
3. Service providers and sharing
We share only the information needed with: (a) Waffo Pancake, to host checkout and process payment and applicable taxes; (b) fal.ai, which receives the paid pet photo and fixed generation instructions to produce the video and synchronized audio with MiniMax H3 Max, an AI video model; and (c) our website, server, and database hosting providers, which store the minimum order status and generated-video link. These providers may process data on infrastructure outside your country under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect users or the service.
4. Retention
The pet image is not stored in our database. We retain order, generation, and moderation records, including the result link and operator decision, for up to 90 days after the order is created and remove older records during routine system requests. If the service is inactive, cleanup may occur later. Waffo Pancake and fal.ai may retain transaction or processing records under their own policies. We may retain a limited record longer when required to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
5. Your choices and rights
You can remove the selected photo from your browser before checkout. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete order information, or report a privacy concern, by writing to w1952724273@gmail.com and including the order identifier if available. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor rights required by applicable law. Payment records held by Waffo Pancake may need to be requested from that provider.
6. Security
We use server-side credentials and limit the information kept in our database. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Do not upload a photo unless you have the rights to use it and accept that it will be processed by the providers described above.
7. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact support if you believe a child’s personal information was submitted.
8. Policy updates and contact
